Flight Operations is available for you from 05:00-22:00 hrs on 365 days. Operators and crews can count on professional support and coordination at short notice.
In close cooperation with the airport authority FFG and its ramp handling company, we are also able to offer you a comprehensive ground handling package - including ground support services.

Our friendly passenger service agents will greet your customers with a smile and offer them welcoming service.
Aviation Services Network is able to perform check-in from customer hosted DCS systems. For charter carriers and customers without DCS system requirements, we are able to offer DAMAREL hosted check-in, boarding and load control.
Our assistance services cover unaccompanied minors, assistance for passengers with reduced mobility and special support for VIP passengers.

Travel Arrangements and Ticketing

Our competent team provides reservation and ticketing services for airlines. In case of irregularities, we are in the position to arrange alternate means of transportation (bus, taxi, train, charter flight) and hotel accommodation, as required.

Lost & Found

We are also available for your customers after arrival.
We know that any baggage irregularity is an inconvenience at the best.
Our lost and found service agents solve misrouted baggage problems fast and efficiently.
We work with WorldTracer, the leading baggage tracing system.
